CUMBERLAND HARBOUR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (“CUMBERLAND HARBOUR”) and its
officers, directors and agents respect your privacy and are commited to protecting it. We recognize the
increased importance of electronic commerce and the growth of the Internet as a part of everyday
business transactions. That’s why we maintain strict internal policies concerning your privacy.

CUMBERLAND HARBOUR provides this Privacy Statement to inform you of our Privacy Policy and
practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online and how
that information is used.

CUMBERLAND HARBOUR uses personal information to understand your needs and interests better and

password and user ID, before granting access to your data. Certain areas of CUMBERLAND HARBOUR

community. Members will be able to login securely to their account to view Cumberland Harbour

about Cumberland Harbour or one of our members. All recipients are invited to become subscribers and
further specify areas of interest allowing Cumberland Harbour to provide you information in your
preferred format, at requested times and further narrow your interest to receive only the most targeted
and pertinent information.

(see section, “Your privacy preferences and opting out”). Credit card information is used only for
payment processing and fraud prevention. When you provide us with a credit card number (and other
